About Us

We are the Melansons! Phil, Jen, Mia and Melody.

We are a Christian family and our main purpose is to serve God. We moved to Kenabeek in September 2022 from down South. We wanted a change of pace, a quieter place to live, some land to be self-sustaining and a good place for our daughters to grow up.

We dove into homestead life with our flock of chickens, ducks and turkeys. Our dog Preacher watches over them along with all our animals that you can meet at our Farm Yard Friends area.

All of us love to cook, even Mia and Melody who have become amazing bakers and have their turns at making dinner for us without any help from mom or dad which is amazing! Phil saw the vision for a food trailer when we bought the property and we opened in June of 2024. In May 2025 we opened for our second season and expanded with a second trailer to serve pizza and desserts like soft serve ice cream and funnel cakes from.

We are all in this together, Mia and Melody will be the first faces you see taking orders and handing the food out to you. We look forward to serving our community great food but more importantly we do this as a Christian family to serve God.
